I'm an aspiring product researcher who's passionate about sharing stories — whether that's through data or my creative film and photography work.
I'm a data scientist who found my way into research through the people it's actually for. My background runs from neurodevelopmental studies to applied UX at a biotech company — but what's kept me hooked isn't the data itself, it's the moment someone shows you exactly where a product trips them up, and you get to do something about it.
Over the past year I've taught myself the methods that make that possible: moderated interviews, usability testing, survey design, thematic synthesis. What I love most is sitting with a user, really listening, and then turning what I heard into a change that makes the experience genuinely better — and getting to see it ship.
I'm now looking for my first dedicated product research role, somewhere I can spend more time in that conversation with users and work closely with design and engineering to act on what they tell us.
