Independently proposed and led a 50-respondent survey and interview study to understand where users across GIS, academic, and environmental research were getting stuck in the software. Used Claude to speed up analysis of open-ended responses, checking its themes against my own before trusting them.
Ran moderated usability testing with 15 users at an industry conference using think-aloud protocols. Partnered directly with engineers to turn findings into prioritized fixes for a geospatial analytics tool.
Led data collection and study management for two NIH-funded studies on trauma and neurodevelopment in 80+ adolescents. Managed data quality and IRB compliance across a 10-person team.
